What is the minimum and maximum driver’s age allowed to rent a car in Cyprus?
Basically the minimum driver’s age is 25 years old, but we can accept drivers who are 21 years old provided that they hold a driving license for at least 3 years. The maximum age is 80 years old.

What is included in the car rental amount?
Our pricing is transparent, without any hidden costs, and includes:
Unlimited mileage / kilometers, 24hr breakdown service, One infant / baby / booster seat, Collision damage waiver (CDW), Third party liability protection, Fire and Theft insurance, Local taxes, VAT, Booking Fees, Credit Card Fees, Road maps, Airport delivery and collection,

What documents do I need to bring on car collection?
You will have to provide a valid driving license for all drivers that will be included with your rental agreement, your passport or ID card.

What payment types do you accept?
You will be able to select your payment method during the booking confirmation. In the case you have selected to pay online, we accept all major credit card types through our secure payment system. In the case you have selected to pay at location you have the option to pay in cash or using a credit card.

Are there any additional charges of using a credit card as a payment method?
No. There are not any additional charges for the use of a credit card.

How many hours is one rental day?
The calculation of a rental day is based on 24 hours. A full day is charged for any portion of a day that the car is used.

Will I get a refund if I return the rental vehicle earlier than planned?
In the case you decide to return the rental vehicle earlier than planned, you will not receive any kind of refund for the unused time.

What if I return the rental car late?
According our terms there is a grace period of one hour without any additional charge. For more than an hour there will be an additional cost for an extra day.

Can I return the rental car at a different location?
You are able to select your pick-up and drop-off locations during your reservation procedure. Should you need to return the car at different location than you have selected with your booking, then you must contact our customer service at least 48 hours before your drop-off time. Additional charges may apply.

Is it possible to extend my rental?
Usually it is possible to extend your car rental, but it is subject to availability based on the season of the rental. The costs of the extended rental period will be calculated based on the current rental rates.

Do you need my flight details?
We will ask you for your flight details only if you have selected to pick-up and/or drop-off your rental car at the airport in order to provide you the best possible and on time delivery of your rental car in case of a flight delay or early arrival.

What do I need to do in the case of a car breakdown?
Our fleet is frequent serviced and well inspected prior being delivered to our customers, but in the unfortunate case of a breakdown you can contact our 24 hours support service to report your issue and have your rental car replaced.

What if I get involved in a car accident?
In such unfortunate event you will have to immediately contact our 24 hour support team in order to get all the necessary instructions.
